-         In June, 2005: building and extending factory of pakage Ben Tre at 457C Nguyen Dinh Chieu St, 8 Ward, Ben Tre District, Ben Tre province and was come in to operation on January 02, 2006.

-         In July, 2007: start of construction fish farm 30 ha and was put into service on October, 8, 2008.

-         In December, 2007: construction Giaolong Paper (phase I) at the Giao Long Industrial Park, Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre province.

-         In July, 2008: Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Ben Tre officially became a public company as notification’s the State Securities Commission.

-         In August, 2008: investment dominated Ben Tre Seafood Joint Stock Company (BESEACO).

-         In December, 2008: transfer fish farm for Beseaco.

-         On July, 23, 2009: Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Ben Tre  officially opened and operation Giaolong Paper (phase I) and Factory of Pakage Ben Tre No. 02.

-         Listed and traded shares on HCM City Securities Exchange (HOSE) with stock code: DHC by decision of 58/ QĐ-SGDHCM of City Stock Exchange.

-         In June, 2010: opened a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City at 223 Tran Hung Dao Street, 10 Ward, 5 District, Ho Chi Minh City.
